Frenchville Sports Club will play host to the brand new Central Coast Intercity Cup this weekend in partnership with Football Queensland (FQ) Central and Football Queensland Wide Bay (FQWB).
“We’re delighted to partner with Frenchville Sports Club to deliver this year’s inaugural Central Coast Intercity Cup and I’d like to thank them for their support of the event,” General Manager – Central Coast Region Andy Allan said.
“I’m confident the partnership will help us deliver an exciting day of football as the Central Coast Intercity Cup showcases some of the most talented senior men’s and women’s players from Central Queensland and Wide Bay.”
“Saturday’s representative tournament is a first for the region, and we know that the Central Coast football community is looking forward to the matches just as much as the players are themselves.”
“Frenchville Sports Club is proud to support representative football in the region by partnering with FQ Central and FQWB to host the first Central Coast Intercity Cup,” Frenchville Sports Club Sports Administrator Simon Sanderson said.
“The event is set to be a wonderful display of local talent, and we’re excited to help provide additional playing opportunities for both Central Queensland and Wide Bay footballers through our support of the tournament this year.”
