Level 4 referees have to be 13 or turning 13 this year to complete the course. You also need to complete and pass the Online Laws of the Game test (https://laws.myfootballclub.com.au/) before the course. You will also be required to complete Unit 1 of the Level 4 workbook ( https://www.ffa.com.au/sites/ffa/files/2017-09/Level%204%20Referee%20-%20Participant%20Manual%202016%20September_e5lcnaxvwnhn1scb352zxu4yc_0.pdf ) before the course.
